Welcome to Barcelos Flame Grilled Chicken Canada Inc. (“Barcelos”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to your use of:

our website www.barceloscanada.ca (the “Website”),
our mobile applications (the “Apps”), and
any Wi-Fi or internet access we provide in our Canadian restaurants.

Together, these are referred to as the “Services.”

Mobile Applications

Our Apps are licensed to you, not sold. All rights remain with Barcelos. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or modify the Apps. If your access to the Services is terminated, you must delete all copies of our Apps from your devices.

You agree not to use the Services in any way that:

violates applicable laws or regulations,
infringes intellectual property or privacy rights,
transmits harmful or malicious software,
spreads defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or misleading content,
harasses, impersonates, or threatens others, or

Automated tools such as bots, scrapers, or spamming mechanisms may not be used with our Services.
